You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. j8ph accounts are for personal use only — one account per person, per household.
All transactions on j8ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the j8ph platform. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. j8ph strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and j8ph's internal policies.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of j8ph is lawful in your jurisdiction. j8ph does not represent or warrant that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use j8ph.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active j8ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If j8ph identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
2.4 Personal Use Only. j8ph accounts are for personal, recreational use only. You may not use your account on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization.
3.1 To access j8ph's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process at j8ph.app and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.
3.2 You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8ph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any other person. j8ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify j8ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. j8ph support is available 24/7 via live chat on j8ph.app.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). j8ph is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on j8ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). j8ph does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. j8ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability. j8ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on j8ph is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of deposit.
4.4 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your j8ph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or InstaPay may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.
4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. j8ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Return to Source. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. j8ph reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal methods where the original method is unavailable.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. j8ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its internal policy, provided that the account balance will never be reduced below zero.
5.1 j8ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your j8ph account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. j8ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 j8ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on j8ph — including slots, live casino, bingo, Ludo Quick, W Live, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All j8ph games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers and are independently logged.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, j8ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. j8ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with j8ph customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j8ph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
j8ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of this section, and to withhold or forfeit any funds held in such accounts where permitted by applicable law.
8.1 All content on j8ph.app — including but not limited to the j8ph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of j8ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use j8ph.app for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any j8ph content without prior written consent.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of j8ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
9.1 j8ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using j8ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 j8ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and j8ph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from j8ph.app.
9.3 j8ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide j8ph's services.

11.2 j8ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of j8ph shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j8ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 j8ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j8ph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your j8ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by j8ph. j8ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) j8ph is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) j8ph reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) j8ph discontinues the platform or any part thereof.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, j8ph reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 12.1.
13.1 j8ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on j8ph.app, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Your continued use of j8ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using j8ph and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact j8ph customer support to seek an informal resolution. j8ph will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
